I don't know much about MySpace, but I know HTML and having a song played during the viewing of a webpage is a short line of code just after the opening of the code body, or you can attach it to trigger when the surfer clicks a button or moves the cursor onto the content of your page, but these things take more code. run a google search for HTML code samples of what you want your page to do. besides that, all you need to do is upload the MP3 file to the same folder on the MySpace server that your page is in, and viola.
