Dont pop anything!!! IF u really must, then make sure u wash your face first and have your hands clean and with a warm cloth do the extractions and after that clean with some alcohol so it does not get infected... Make an appointment with a dermatologist and follow his/her instructions..
Like you I have tried everything under the sun, from over the counter products you buy at walgreens, Rite Aid or Walmart and products advertised on TV including Pro-Active and NOTHING worked for me-- I do have friends that swear that Pro-Active was THEIR solution so you can try it if u havn't.... However, is not for everyone, we all have different reactions to different products and medicine... Your diet affects how u look on the outside so you must drink lots and lots of water, fruits and vegetables and stay away from sodas, if u must, only clear sodas... Also, rice, bread, milk, pasta and anything fried are some of the foods that will produce breakouts so eat sensibly-- However, sometimes no matter how careful u are with ur diet your body will still produce too much oil and it will clog the pores in your face, believe me- I know..- If over the counter creams don't work then go to your dermatologist and get a prescription- I had acne for several years and i tried everything over the counter but nothing really worked. Clearasil, Neutrogena, Cetaphill soap they were good to control the oiliness but it did not get rid of them-- I also tried all different types of prescribed oral medications and creams that treated the acne and kept it under control but that never completely got rid of them- Finally after years of going to different Dermatologists I was prescribed Accutane- Its a powerful form of vitamin A that it completely treats the acne and usually used as a LAST resort. Finally after years of going to different doctors and 6 months of therapy of taking Accutane and getting my monthly blood work to make sure there is nothing wrong and that I'm not pregnant I finally have totally clear skin with no breakouts!! Its been over a year now w/ no problems. (Accutane has many side-effect, it may affect different internal organs and if a girl becomes pregnant while taking Accutane it may also cause birth-deformities, that's why if u're a female u have to go on the birth control pill and also have to go through different monthly blood work, if at any time the results come out questionable then the treatment stops).... Good Luck!

It’s not the food you eat unless you’re having an allergic reaction. Let’s face it we can all benefit from a healthier diet. I have had a problem with acne since I was 10. You need to make sure to wash your face in the morning and at night before you go to bed. It’s important that you find a skin regime that works for you, everyone is different. Cetaphil works well; you can buy it at Wal-Mart or most drug stores. In the extreme Accutane does wonders. I have also had Smoothbeam laser treatments. Talk to your doctor or go see a Dermatologist.
