i dont think he does. he gets the first line right. here are the correct words of the american anthem:

I just watched the video and thought it was strangely funny. He gets a few words right, but not an entire verse.

That is FUNNY. It doesn't look like he's that interested in singing it!!! You'd be surprised how many people don't know the words or music to that song!!!! I'd say if you don't know the song, you should get deported. I don't care where. It's just wrong.
