Health and insurance benefits, vacation days, 401k options, probation period, training period, etc. Salary is just a portion of the total package.

First off, congrats!
Benefits is the next most important thing to consider, make sure you push for the full package (get the information up front before signing on the dotted line to join the firm).
I would also find out, what the average male makes, if you are a female, for the same position. You may find, what most of us do, that we get cheated horribly out of what is due us. Check around, really get a good idea of what you should be making. Remember to ask for raises annually, especially if you are taking on extra work.
And last, make sure you are working for a firm with integrity, not a bunch of ambulance chasers. Make sure your personal philosophy is theirs (i.e., "I will not take on cases that go against my morals and values"... represent a known rapist, wife abuser, child molester). And, I will always be fair to my clients and not pad a bill, not do anything unethical or illegal, no matter what.

Besides benefits? Maybe a percentage for the clients that you bring in. A bonus for successful outcomes. Some incentives.
