The Northern coastal areas of California (around San Francisco) stay very moderate all year. It's also very lovely along the Alaskan Islands like Ketchikan.

I seriously don't think there is such a place. Its either hot or cold. I have never seen a place you could call the happy medium. Been all over this country. Now there are places in Europe that are like that.

The hills of Maui above 5000ft stay 65-70 degrees year round.

The closer to the equator, the more the temp doesn't vary much.

Florida, though it rains a bit and there are those pesky hurricanes.
Arizona, but rather dry and some parts get a bit hot.
Parts of California would suit your needs.
Hawaii, but again, a bit more rain than I like.

Gorgia cuz its not rilly hott in da winter but it iz still hot like 70*sn summer it is just wonderful
