It depends on your existing body fat condition. If you are overweight with fat sagging arms, well the best thing to do is lose the fat first to be at your proper weight level. While your striving for weight lost you must go to the gym 3x a week to work your arms with the free weight system. Start with 5-10 lb do a lot of repetition for a variety of arm exercises with free weights. Ask some one at the gym to show you the exercises. The idea in the beginning is to use low weights and lots of reps. You should strive to do reps of 20-40 with no more than 15 lbs bar bells. Remember, your diet should balance carbs, protein and fat. You should not allow your body to feel weak while exercising; its a sign that you are not getting the right amount of protein and carbs. GOOD LUCK.

Why in the world would you want veiny arms? I hope it's not just because Angelina Jolie has 'veiny' arms, because not only are veins showing through disgusting, but it's pretty pathetic to want to look gross just because a celeb. does.

Well I personally ♥ Angelina. She's skinny, and that's how you obtain arms like that. Plus have a small bone structure. So if you don't have a small bone structure and don't want to be too skinny, then you can probably forget about it.

Go work out. Focus on working out your hands and your arms. You will eventually see them. You can lift weights, push ups or something else that works out your arms.

not everyone is the same.....

some people are thick skinned

and
some people are thin skinned

I can bench press 300 lbs
but I have no viens in my arms at all
