Pump up some spare bottles momma! Keep em in a cooler and warm them under your leg half hour before feeding time, or a bit longer. Pull to a rest area, feed the tike play and rest with the baby before resumeing car ride. Take time to stretch your legs, your blood needs to be circulated in your legs after sitting for so long. ESP>when breast feeding. Take a little time from the drive to refresh you and the baby, you'll have a great trip. And gas drops are a must!! good luck

Cool it with the breastfeeding for this trip. Give the child a bottle, put a thimbleful of rum in the milk or formula. He/She will sleep for hours and there will be no side effects. Old folks used to do this long ago and it works.

Do you really have to go? I suppose the best thing would be to keep him awake as long as you can before you leave and hope that he is overly tired enough to ride peacefully. Before you go while around the house play some music and get him used to falling asleep to it and then when you take the ride he may fall asleep faster hearing his comforting music again. GOOD LUCK

Just make sure he is nice and fed before you leave. Don't keep him too cold or too warm. BURP him too. If all else fails, try some gas medicine. There is specific kinds for infants. I'm surprised your infant doesn't like the motion of a car.
Perhaps play soothing music, or sit next to him.
GOOD LUCK!!

Is there some why you can take the journey at night or early morning? If not try and give hime a little bit of pain/fever killer - don't overdose. That will make the baby sleepy and more relaxed.

You may have to sit in the back seat and just lean over him when he wants to nurse!
