I have made a account in my computer and I have to download wallpapers from www.webshots.com so how can I download it.

In most cases you right-click the wallpaper and scroll down to "Save as," click this and you will get a window to save the wallpaper in, usually in My Pictures.

Nearly any image you can see on your web browser can be set as a wallpaper. Right click on top of the image, select Set as Background (if using IE).
