your body can't break down the sugars you ingest...beans,broccoli,cauliflower,corn,cabbage ,onions,peppers and many other foods have a high sugar contant...
It can also be a sign of allegies to ceratin foods...if you have cramps after you eat the foods.egg whites are more frequent alleriges that can cause those symptoms too...read the ingredients on the package to see what is in the foods you eat.Make alist of them & watch how you react after eating them...that will help maybe narrow it down...
Beano works great to help relieve the gas caused by the sugars breaking down....
