Could be build up in the fuacet itself - try unscrewing the part the water comes out and see if the screen in blocked.
There may also be build up in the pipes leading to it.
Is it the furthest from the main water line? Distance affects pressure as well.
The pipes may not be laid right either if its always been like that. They may be at too sharp of angles for the water to flow easily.

It could be a cloged fiter screen at the tip of the faucet or it could be the guts of the main mixing valve (on and off handle) wearing and not opening correctly. both are easy to correct. to check the screen, unscrew tip and flush unit and screen with water. screw back on and try faucet. removal of the mixing valve: shut off water to sink by turning off valves uner sink. open to releive preasure. remove handle by loosening set screw. under handle find a large removeable screw ring. unscrew and pull unit out. take this mixing unit to Lowes or the Depo and find replacement cartrige of the same. (ask for help if needed) reverse assembly and turn water back on and try fascet.

It may be stopped up with lime. If you unscrew the thing at
the end of the faucet & soak it in lime away for a few minutes
it will disolve all of the lime.

you need to turn off your main water line and then check the valve under the concerned fauset and check it to see if there is corosion and rust build up in the valve itself. if so just clean it out. hopefully this helps.
