Ok, you can't pay with a credit card. You must have a friend that you trust and trusts you. I think you can probably give your friend cash in advance, or at the time of the charge, to cover the payment and request that he use his credit card to make the purchase.
I don't know of very many ways to use cash or COD to pay for things on the internet. Some sellers on eBay may accept a check, but they wait to ship you your item until after the money is transferred from your bank account to theirs. (if you don't have a checking account, buy money orders.)
