Does anyone else find it absolutely hilarious when somebody in here starts flaming '... you liberal....'
I mean if you are trying to insult me or anybody else that maybe sounds liberal then I suggest you come up with a different word. For me, that is the greatest compliment you could give me.

I'm a liberal, myself, and I think all this left/right bashing is pretty f--kin' funny. I mean, you CAN'T take these comments seriously. I 've said some pretty inflammatory things on here, not only because I'm outspoken, but I'm also very opinionated and stand up for what I believe in. People can knock and attack me all they want, I don't care. I guess I'm just arrogant enough to say "to hell with them" and move on to the next question. I've said a few times, I don't know who's worse, the left wing nuts or the right wing nuts. But you know, in the end, all the labels are irrelevant, because, like it or not, we're all in this together. God or whatever higher power there is doesn't favour liberals over conservatives, or vice versa, no matter what either side might think...

I'm glad that there are liberals and conservatives in the world. And truth be told, I think that you are too. Otherwise, you wouldn't have much to rant about in here! Enjoy yourself. Enjoy the differences. Have fun with it, but don't let it get out of control. I am a conservative, and the last thing I'd want to do is insult you. What would be the point?

I agree completely. The concept of "liberal" as they are using it is a major compliment. I am liberal minded, yes ... I can absorb new concepts and adapt to new situations. I am not fossilized. Yes, I think that the neocons are ruining this country. Yes, I believe that the vast majority of "conservatives" are really just selfish bastards who have found a philosophy that seems to justify, or at least legitimize, their bad behavior.
Call me a "Damned Liberal"? Thank you very much.

I dislike all politics and politicians. I don't care whether someone is a liberal or a neocon. Everyone has a right to be what they want to be and politics do not a criminal make.
