The show sucked. WWE learned nothing from the mistakes that they made with the invasion angle back in 2001. They made WWE guys who are supposedly with Ecw the only ones that meant anything while making the others look like total jobbers. Cena & Edge ended up humiliating RVD & Heyman . Sandman beats up a wrestler who's gimmick was pretending to be a zombie,Angle squashes Justin Credible(A former ECW Champion) As if he's just a total jobber, And a weapons Battle Royal where the only one that looked good was Big Show while Sabu got the lucky win by hitting Show from behind. This was not a good beginning for the rebirth of Ecw in my opinion.

The show was horrible. I would have been totally let down if i didn't see this coming. The production value makes the show look just like RAW or Smackdown, which i don't like. The ECW guys looked like jobbers..the answers above mine are right about that. Then this guy comes out called the Zombie...total WWF 1980's cartoon, at least Sandman squashed him. I took that as having some hidden meaning that the ECW guys would absolutely kill any obligitory "Sci-Fi" type wrestlers that are there to satisfy the normal Sci-Fi fans watching. However...near the end of the show...there was this vampire guy outside the building looking all mischevious and showing his teeth and smiling! WTF?! Fast forward to the "extreme" battle royal, where Paul E. had to tell us that "all weapons are legal"...what kind of stuff is that? In ECW years past...the weapons were just there, and u knew they would be "just there"...now Paul E. has to make an announcement on weapons being legal?! Then on top of that...the weapons sucked..they weren't used that much, only the parking signs and the garbage cans...one table got broken, by Big Show throwing tommy dreamer or someone out onto it no less, even theough Sabu set it up. No blood whatsoever, except for Sandman when he cracked the beer can's on his head, which i'm surprised he even had, the way this show went. THis show scored a big fat zero to me man, i'm not looking forward to this now.

Just as I thought, the show sucked big time. Edge speared RVD right after a friendly handshake. Cena gets payback on Edge, then Egde gives RVD a low-blow and Cena knocks Paul Heyman's head off with a haymaker. And later on that night, it completely sucked even more when Sandman took on a jerk dressed as a zombie. Angle makes short work of a loser (which is a former ECW champion) Justin Credible. And Big Show looked like a Big Jerk in the Battle Royal getting knocked out of the ring by Sabu with the help of that guy with the F.B.I. pulling the Big Show out of the ring.

In more simple words....the return of ECW sucked a**!!!!

As someone who used to attend ECW matches on a regular basis, this show was a huge letdown, especially after how good "One Night Stand" was. I agree with the above posters. Having Justin Credible, who was one of the breakout ECW stars after his short "Aldo Montoya" career in WWF, lose in a squash match???WTF??? No real ECW characters got a sniff of respect in this show. Also having complete replay matches from ONS was a waste of airtime. The stripper was ok but using 10 minutes of a 60 minute show to do it was crazy. They have to get better.

It sucked soooo bad. The only good match was the last one. Took em 50 min to finally get a good match. And it was an hour show. The only 2 other matches lasted about a minute and a half between the both. They wouldnt shut up talking and replaying from One Last Stand to do anything. It was really crappy.

All of you are MARKS anyhow. That show was NOT for you. Sloppy Seconds was and IS for as Paul Heyman calls us, "THE TRIBE OF EXTREME". Foley/Egde/Dreamer/Funk put on one HELL of a violent fight. Both Mick and Terry did things that at THIS point in their lives, they DID NOT HAVE TO DO. Granted Taz/King SUCKED as did Angle/Orton (Orton just blows) Matches of the night Foley/Edge-Funk/Dreamer. Rey and Sabu TORE THE HOUSE DOWN. As for Cena, as expected the crown crapped on him from the second his music hit, but he earned some respect from me for standing his ground, taking the abuse and working a DAMN fine match with Rob. Dont care how the rest of the show went, I got to see something I thought Id NEVER see...Rob Van Dam, the BEST wrestler NEVER to hold a world title FINALLY get HIS time. 16 years of tearing yourself up for the entertainment of US morons deserves some respect. Try showing a little. Oh yeah and watch SCI FI!!! The House of Hardcore is BACK!

john cena came up behind edge after edge speared rvd and john cena then attacked edge, then john and rvd took turns hitting edge and then edge gave rvd a low blow. finally, when john cena went after edge, john cena punched Paul heyman ( yes! )

sandman vs. zombie (sandman whooped zombie)

kurt vs. justin credible (kurt won after choking out justin credible)

extreme battle royal for the chance to go against john cena at vengeance (sabu won after hitting big show with a chair, knocking him over the rope)

some girl name kelly did a strip tease

and there was a re-run of the tazz vs. the king match at ecw one night stand.





It all sucked, wwe shows (raw and sd!) are much better and exciting

they have this retarted new person and he fought the sandman and the new dude got the crap beat out of him. and then they had this ten man battle royal and the winner was going to face cena at vengence. sabu won
