The act of anal sex does NOT cause aids, H I V causes AIDS and it has to be contracted from a person that has the HIV virus.

So if you both are clean and you want to have some ground beef go for it. It's your life...

As everyone has stated, the HIV virus contained in semen causes AIDS. The problem with anal sex is the inner lining of the colon is very thin. And, can easily split. Even the tiniest split can be an opening for the virus to enter the body. Using a condom is a MUST.
Better, yet, is the use of the finger in anal sex rather than the penis.
Use of a condom is a must in giving oral sex, too. HIV virus in semen can, also, enter the body through the gums or throat lining.
Do not brush your teeth before having oral sex because this roughens up the gums making them more susceptible to the virus.

No kind of sex causes AIDS. If neither you nor your partner(s) are infected, you could have anal sex 500 times a day with no risk.

But be careful, how would you really know your partner doesn't have AIDS?

Any exchange of bodily fluids (including anal sex) with a person infected with HIV/AIDS can result in the transmission of the virus. which then can cause AIDS. So protection is important for anal sex as well as vaginal or oral.

No, sex does not cause AIDS. The HIV virus causes AIDS. The virus is transmitted easily with blood to blood contact. That means, blood transfusions, sharing used needles, or anything that might involve tearing tissues, like anal or vaginal sex.

The HIV virus has been found in other body fluids such as tears, saliva and semen, but, the highest concentration is in the blood.

no it doesn't.. HIV is the cause...it is spread from men having anal sex with other men, that is how it came to the USAit is actaully a desease caried by primates...as sick as it sounds fact is a man had sex with a primate in Africa... women seldom pass it to a man....though it can happen..mom's can pass it onto fetuses...a used needle by someone infected that shares it with others can pass it on..a blod transfusion can pass it on too. Scare enough the blood banks used in the 80"s & early 90's didn't all test the blood donated...even the Red Cross blood banks (sister-inlaw worked for the Red Cross )she told me this when my premature son had a low white blood cell count & they thought he would need a complete blood transfsion..with lots of prayers, the nect day when they were getting ready to set it up to be doen....another blood test was done..the sepicalist asked if I belived in God & what I did..I said I called everyone to see if they could donate blood, asked them to pray & I prayed all night..they asked if I would be offended if they wrote it in his records as a miracle from God,as it was not medically possible for it to happen...I said "yes" and it is in his records in several places.

This action can lead to being infected with HIV, which causes AIDS. That is why even if you choose to do it in such manner you should use protection-condom.

It is definitely a high factor in getting AIDS. The anus was not intended to receive, but to expel.
