why wrinkles on forehead were also absent? wht was her age when painting was made? who made her painting and in which year?which country was she from?answer all i gurantee 10 points. deal or no deal?

if you read in books you will find that at that time it was a fashion to be without eyebrows. it was also considered to be the mixture of both male and female characters .so people of high dignity at that time preferred to pluck off their eyebrows.

Maybe she had a gawd-awful unibrow and over plucked!!! If you read the Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown he states that the Mona Lisa, if you section it off, has both male and female characteristics. It is supposed to be the perfect combination of both.

Standards of beauty change. At that point in history, a high forehead was considered attractive. If "Mona" wanted to be more beautiful, she probably would have plucked her eyebrows.
