I am going in late July/early August, in case that makes a difference in where to go.
Thanks!

The best beaches are on the stretch in the Split- Dalmatia count, where you can find both sandy and pebble beaches. I'd recommend the island of Mljet, a national park, which has a rather boring life, but excellent sport conditions and beaches. The most beautiful beach is Zlatni rat on the island of Brac . In July and August is the peak of season, that's why the beaches are to crowdy. Towns I recommend are Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic sea, last year's hottest destination according to the British press, the small town of Cavtat in its vicinity, Zadar, the islands Korcula, Hvar, Brac and the towns of Makarska and Split. If you like , you can email me, I'll give you further information.
