It is very hard to find and it is divine, trust me, you will wilt under the power of this scent... the closest I've found to the famous scent in tom robbin's jitterbug perfume (a brilliant romantic novel)... unbelievable... and I'm all out :( and none to be found...

Crabtree and Evelyn's "Romance-Patchouli" line has been discontinued, so there's not much chance of finding the oil unless you can locate it on ebay or in the sales bin of some online bath and body shop. Perhaps you could try oil from one of their other "exotic" lines; or simply try some patchouli oil from the Body Shop or Bath and Body Works and mixing it with a lighter oil (such as grapeseed oil or jojoba oil) to make your own blend.
