Einstein Implied that all Frames of references are equivalent.
What about frames of references in the micro systems like the atom ,electrons and particles of light?

Gravity can be used in all frames of reference. Nano and pico systems like the ones you refer to do have gravity interactions, it's just that there are forces that work very strongly at very small distances, so gravity isn't as big of a consideration, relatively. You can tell gravity effects light because light gets pulled into black holes.
I don't think gravity has a constant anymore though. Last thing I knew Newton's gravity constant only works on macroscopic systems.
All frames are equivalent. It's just that on a macroscopic scale the modeling for the equations gets much easier and approximates Newton's equation very closely.
