You're lucky if you're just getting it now! I'm 37 weeks and the heartburn hit me about three weeks ago. Most of my friends who either are pregnant or have recently been pregnant also ended up with terrible heartburn. I can swallow air at the moment and end up with it!!

Due to the hormones your body is producing, all of the involuntary muscles in your body are trying to relax and prepare for delivering baby so the muscles in your stomach and throat are also relaxing which allows the acid in your stomach to come back up... hence the heartburn.

Talk with your doctor about relief. Mine recommended Pepcid AC which has been an absolute life saver for me.

Good luck and congratulations!

Not necessarily. My mom had heartburn with my sister and me throughout her entire pregnancy. The only way she could get rid of it was to eat ice cream. She went through a gallon a week, but it made it go away. I doubt you are going into labor early. You body is still changing, so some foods could just now be bothering you. I would try the ice cream.

Heartburn is just a typical symptom of pregnancy and very common. It will diminish once you deliver. For now, I would try to change diet. Yogurt helped me. Milk also. If the heartburn continues several weeks after you deliver, then I would just speak to your doctor about it. Sometimes after having kids, your body changes and the change is permanent.

Please let your doctor know what your symptoms are. The growing baby is crowding your abdomen. In some cases, pressure on the stomach can cause vomitting. Vomitting or acid reflux in turn can irritate the esophagus and cause heartburn. If you haven't tried an acid, it could help. If symptoms continue, see your doctor. Here's praying for happy and healthy baby and mommy.

Its flawlessly best, she would possibly not undergo for it! In some way its ordinarily well for kids to have the peculiar day or week whilst they are not entertained - it's going to ordinarily aid her to study to entertain herself and uncover different methods to stimulate herself with out different individuals doing it for her. You are 29 weeks pregnant and absolutely are not feeling the finest on the second, after the youngster is born you're going to ordinarily have extra days like this whilst you're at house extra. You might check out striking in combination a field of toys or events that you simply handiest get out for at the moment - so its extra exact for her and on fairly dangerous days looking dvds or television for a couple of hours will not do any harm her both! Give your self somewhat of a holiday - and as you stated she may have two weeks of awareness and stimulation quickly, and would possibly desire to have yet another quiet week of doing not anything whilst she will get again too!

while heartburn is common in pregnancy it is not a sign of labor. your child is probably grown rapidly and pushing up on your stomache and acid is leaking back into your esophagus thats why your felling sick to your stomach and haveing heart burn eat and drink things that have acid in them becuz acid turns to alkaline when it hits the stomach and alkaline turns to acid. congrats on your impending birth best wishes
