well because the governments too stupid to realise that if they promised to Cull/get rid of chavs then they would get all the votes they want.
however i would just like to say
DON'T JUDGE A PERSON BY THEIR CLOTHING
because some people look like chavs but there not. its when they call u a f**king greb, f**king goth etc you can start hating them

because if the chav (/chavacus-maximus-scummus/) did not exist, the world would be a very poor place. think of all the sporting clothing manufacturers (nike, adidas etc). they would have no business. they would have no one to buy their "expensive" clothes and as such, a world without burberry is like a boat with a hole in it. we must learn to co-exist with the chav, for if they were not here, i would not have been able to mock them with this answer.

i dont know but i think we should all be given taser gun n be allowed to take out any chav or the possibly worse chavettes (coz god know they do ma head in) that opens their mouth, or we culd just get them for sport i think itd be a hobby that would quickly take off a dunno what ne1 else thinks abt that!
