I don't wear a belt the majority of the time and people at work say I'd look way more professional with one on. My pants fit me fine. R khaki's without a belt that bad a look?

IMNSHO it makes you look sloppy an lazy. It makes your appearance look unfinished. Like a half finished painting. Who wants to look at that?

well i don't know what kind of pants u are wearing but i used to not wear belts either---well when i was little---but the point is the belt puts everything together! Yes i think u will look much better!

No, belt's only helping you when you:
a)have pants that are big for you in the waist area]
b)when you want to have a cool fashion accessory

It's not a bad look, just not a polished one. Pick a simple belt that matches your shoes and you'll look more pulled together.

its an accessory,its not just to keep your pants up.it does look better as,though someone has taken the time and care to accessorize.its just more clean cut!

You should attempt to change your attire,
try black trousers, white shirt. maybe a tie, black shoes and socks - to fit in with the staff???
