Probably millions of dollars a year, but I know for telephones, its free; the govt justs says stand and deliver.

This has to be one of the funniest complaints liberals have against the Bush admin. It shows the extent to which people will go to bash this guy, but if this is the best you can come up with...

And why do you care? The only people who are the "victims" of spying are terrorists and criminals. If you are not planning any illegal activity, you have nothing to worry about.

Honestly, we don't know. The CIA and NSA's budgets are national secrets. The only people who know are the people who manage that money and the congresspeople who allocate it.
