Usually girls aren't horny. It's man's job to be horny. Girls are more frigid than any other creature in this world. There are some situations that make a girl get horny. Either you create a stimulated emotion to the girl or get her drunk, in order to lose control of the situation. The stimulated emotion cosists in bringing a gift to a date, take her to dance, be gentle to her needs and in time you might get lucky. This is the long way. The basic idea is to convince her that you don't want to hurt her. I recommand this approach if you care about that girl and have plans for her in the future. On the other way, if you want quick results, give her some action to do (take her to a concert, movie, walk in the park, even camping) and then, after the night fall, go dancing with her, give her some alcohol and be prepared to use condoms.
