Do you know of any major bloopers/inconsistencies/trivia in modern movies?
Must be visible in the most popular version (and DVD etc) of the movie.
I have heard Ben Hur wears a watch during the chariot race and someone else is wearing jeans, and also that in Zulu a Morris Minor drives across the hills behind the advancing Zulus, but have never seen these!

Oh and Resevior Dogs, when they all stand in a circle and shoot each other at the same time...I can't remember who it is, but apparently one of the characters doesn't actually have a gun aimed at them but still dies!

The biggest movie blooper I have heard of is the Police Academy films, in that they continued to make so many.

American Pie. When Stifler is in the bedroom trying to get with that girl just before he drinks the "pale ale" the cups change. The one in the girls hand changes from being a frosted plastic cup, to a red plastic cup, and back.
