Looking to break an ankle or a wrist?.....um..ok....I have had my left wrist broken when I was in the 8th grade...went on a skating party with the school.....got knocked down by someone bumping into me....& then the Principal "ran over" my wrist with his skates on accident....broke it in 3 places....I have had both ankles broken in falls...or trips....where I was walking & my ankle twisted & I came down on it...breaking the right one....the left one was broken when I was trying to step off the porch & my foot went the wrong way & snapped.....either way a broken bone is VERY painful.....

If you happen to fall suddenly, u may use your hands for support on the floor. At such instances there are more chances for fracture in your wrist and palm bones.

slip over on some ice - I slipped and broke my wrist on some ice that hadn't been salted from a car wash in winter.
