yes, and it took me a long time to physically listen to them. it was very painful and i would cry so much, but now that time has healed my wounds, i do listen to them. they were great songs to begin with and still are and maybe now just a little more greater.

The song "All cried out" By Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam. To this day it still reminds me of my ex in high school. It was in 1986. Twenty years ago. I only listen to it if its on the radio. There is a remake of it but I forget who sings it.

After a break up, just listening to these songs brings back to my memory all the emotions associated with them. Time heels any hurt feelings.
Later, when I hear these songs again, I grin, because I remember the good times it gave to me. The hurt feelings are forgotten. Life goes on.

Maggie mae by Rod Stewart reminds me of the first older woman I dated. I still like the song. I saw him do it live in a concert and it was even better than the recording.

Ya how can one forgetand Ex. that too a pending love. Ya I do miss her and there is not one but many songs if i listen i wanna here them at ease.

I have two songs that remind me of my ex.
1. Tracey Chapman-Friction and
2. Shania Twain-You're still the one.
I still listen to them and i do think of my ex and how happy i am that we broke up! lol

definitely. I used to listen to them constantly but as time has passed I was forced to let go. I do however, still get alittle choked up if I hear one on the radio. It is human nature to show emotion for someone you once cared so deeply about.

Yes, my ex GF was a basketcase who only used me when bad times were in life. She expected me to ALWAYS be there ONLY when she was hurting, and sometimes took it out on me. So that song for me is Everclear-Santa Monica. Listen to it and you will understand just what I mean.

If I could turn back the hands of time by R. Kelly and it happens to be my fav. song but maybe it reminds me because she was my first True and high school love.
