Depends on how much money you're willing to pour into your system. I wouldn't say endless, because I've yet to meet the computer which facilitates time travel.

If you can design a machine to do something a computer (with suitable input and output devices) should be able to do the same task.
Put it this way, a computer pretty much flys aeroplanes and they do control nuclear power plants. On the other end of the scale, you can get a computer to play chess.
It all depends on your budget and the devices connected to it

that is the sixty billion dollar question,well in my opinion ,computers are capable pf what we make them,take overclocking,we can make a 3.2ghz processor run at 5ghz,but why,because they are capable of doing it
in the next ten years we will see a amazing change in computer science with p.c,s running dual and quad core processors
apple already have a quad core processor called the g2 and has a ram upgradable to 15gb
