My Favourite Doctor is Peter Davison I got to kiss him on the cheek at a DR who Con in Tampa Florida in the eighties that was one of the apexes of my life!!!!
Now as for who is the most Dr. Whoish you have to give that to Tom Baker.
I do enjoy the new series however I think they are breaking some Who tradition like no hanky panky in the tardis rule and such. I am a major Whovian and Couldn't wait for the new series to come out. I love it! The new CGI beats the pants off of thoes old fx

lol most people never read the question! there are so many dumb answers here! I'm pretty sure that joey from friends, or Dr. Dre, for example, NEVER played the Doctor

Tom Baker was good but David Tennant is definitely my favourite! Finally we have a Doctor with sex appeal, and a fantastically versatile actor too

For time traveling, it'd be Doctor Who. Don't ask which incarnation. I love all of him.

Regular TV doctor: Dr Welby (Robert Young) or Dr Gannon (Chad Everett).

Jon Pertwee. I have a soft spot for Sylvester McCoy, because he was the very first doctor I saw. And I don't have a bad thing to say about Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant.
