Hello I would need a update my company webpages. There is need for some database data, online communication to mobile (sending me emails when somebody contact me), and normal style stuff etc.

Where in the Earth this is cheapest, easiest, or most reasoble to do?

1. Company can use web consultants, if
they would provide enough reason to do so.
2. I can do basic administration like db admin in startup phase.

3. Solution should be scalable later on.

If you don't know design or programming, its tough to represent your company in a professional representation. Sure, you could create a site, but your customers will not think you're legit. You get one chance to make a good first impression.

I could probably cut my own hair, but if I want it to look great, I'll let a professional do it.
