I can't seem to find it in the dictionary. The word fictional makes me a little suspicious. Did you make this up? If so, my guess would be:

Tri = three
cyclo = circle or a cycle
fictional = a story based on the imagination or a lie
taped = to fasten together with tape or to record on tape
ia = Iowa

So the word probably means: Three cyclical stories about Iowa that may or may not be true which have been recorded on tape.
