You have what the geeks squad call streaming files and I had the same thing. You have to join where ever you downloaded the music files from in the first place. It is a lot easier just to re download from somewhere else, unless you just really got to have those songs. Hope this might help out some. I know it really isn't what you want to hear.

use quick time or intunes. In the itunes preference pane select convert to mp3, then drag and drop. In quicktime select export and choose format then off you go
