Well here is my top ten list llol
You know your addicted to the Internet :
1. When you get up in the middle of the night to go pee and you got to check your email on the way .
2. When the kids ask , " Daddy is that our Mommy ?" Cause you been on the IM chatting so long
3. You know you and addict when , you put the puter in the kitchen , so that way you will have the fridge and the coffee pot in arms reach .
4. Your an addict when , you can remember URL's Better than you can your phone no.
5.You know your an addict, when your spouse and kids leave on vacation for a week and you dont even know that they are gone .
6.You know your an addict, when you IM the kids or spouse to get them to bring you dinner or something to drink , and your in the same house !!
7.You know your addict to the internet when all your kids' names end in .com or .net.
8.You know that you're an addict when you order a Pizza over the net
9. When you mistake your mouse for a your cell phone and try to answer it .
10. And last but not least you know your an addict, when you spend more nights sleeping in front of your puter , than you do your bed lol.

when u cant remember the last time you were out at night or day with mates,or when u havnt watched tv for weeks and weeks. get out and get some sun!! they is more to life than this thing!!
Sad thing is you are missing out on so much of life that in 10 years time you will regret being a hermit. get out there and get ur life back
