Not really especially if you do heavy lifting at work or have to strain a lot when going to the bathroom, or having anal sex with a large partner.
You may want to try the over the counter meds like Prep H.
Or if it is real bad go to the Doctor.
But if the Prep H does not do anything with in 24 hours I would see the Doctor. It may not be a Hemi if the prep H doesn't work.

I assume you meant hemorrhoid and sometimes called 'the piles'.Stop straining youeself when you use the bathroom and include fiber in your food diet. Sometime they can get so inflammed and big you have to go to the doctor to get them to lance it. It is a swollen mass of dilated vein at or just within the anus area.Oh yeah sometime they can bleed, too.

Is that some kind of car part ,or are you referring to hemorrhoids ? No it is not uncommon, especially if you don't eat enough fiber.

No, although more common in older people, younger people get them too. And they hurt like hell. Try not to lift heavy things too often and eat at least one bowl of bran a day

No - anyone can get them. That's part of why you don't even let children sit on the toilet too long because kids can get them too. They are painful - I had them during/after pregnancy. Get Prep. H - it does help a lot.
