you have very good skin.
however: those pants are NOT for you.
i think that beige pants would look nicer. you need to soften your look up. unless you must look that way every day i say dich the look and go more laid back. a nice printed but relaxed tie is always good. or a fitted and taylored jacket works wonders.
relax you are a good looking person.
just change your style a little
