I've never heard of ovarian cysts making it unlikely to get pregnant. Most women have them at one point or another, and they rupture, which could be the pain in her side, and is normal. How about getting her a pregnancy test? Keep in mind, that can give a false negative, so the surefire way to know is for her to go to the doctor.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. I've had enough of doctors to last me a lifetime. Yes she could be pregnant. The human body has a way of defying all of man's medical knowledge. I know of someone who had their ovaries and their womb removed and she was pregnant. You see she had intercourse before she had the operation, the sperm fused with the egg. The little devil had attached itself to the wall where the womb once was and built itself a water bag. You see, NATURE is wonderful. If you want any further advice to contact me via e mail but give me your full e mail address for a reply. You can get a home testing kit.
