How can I check in Windows XP the speed my PC3200 DDR RAMs are running at?

I have a PC with a DDR400 RAM in it.
I just introduced it to another piece of DDR RAM of unknown speed.
So I want to check if it's speed is being affected.
Unfortunately, my BIOS do not display this information.

go to windows task manager by alt control delete then select the performance tab
