It's frozen. When I open it up all I see is the wallpaper (thats it. no date, no sigal, nothing.) I am trying to turn it off and turn it back on again, but it's not working.
Is there anyway I can like restart it? Like if a computer froze up I could restart it, but only for my phone instead.
Thanks if you can help.

PS: my phone is a Motorola v360, if that has anything to do with it.

Take the battery out of it, let it sit for a minute, then put the battery back in. You could also try putting it in the charger.

you need to pull the battery and SIM card for about 15 sec like stated before. Also to keep your phone stable you should also save all contacts to the SIM then preform a master reset on the phone. This should set you phone back to factory settings and stablize it so it won't freeze.
The reason most phones freeze is because your memory is almost full. This does not take into account if you've dropped it.

I have the same phone as you. Mine froze up about a week ago. I simply took off the back of the phone, removed the battery and then put it back in and turned it on. That's it! No problem!

Motorola is a strong set. Maybe you have dropped it and need to do some major remedial changes.
