I don't drink coffee, for physiological and philosophical reasons. I only drink green tea, from a bag, without sugar or milk. But tea is not my alternative for coffee: that's hot chocolate.

In the morning....either with, what I call fofo flavor creamer (French Vanilla or Hazelnut fat free) or with regular Half and Half.

In the evenings, black or with a little cream.

On the weekends, (depending on how bad my caffine induced headache is), straight black and strong.

I like tea and coffee. Tea helps digestion and is generally good. Coffee is bad for us but it just tastes sooo good. Oh, I take it with milk and no sugar.

I am an extremely boring tea drinker: either chamomille with a little honey or rooibos without anything in it.
