i have a good job and i love what i do. have climbed the ladder over the years and have worked really hard to reach where i am. now, my boss is hitting on me. i don't want to quit, especially because things are working out for me financially, and getting another job at my level and specailty is not easy. i can't go to the management because my boss is great at his job and if they have to make a choice, i know what it will be. but i am going nuts! he's really nasty to me professionally and makes it clear things will change if i respond. what do i do...

Nail him for sexual harassment because there is a law against it in the work place.

Respond by calling his wife and telling her. And you should also tell his boss or who ever is up the ladder. It doesn't matter how much value he holds in the company, he holds nothing that matters if he is hitting on you. Don't let it go on any further.

talking with ur boss openly,knowe what he thinks of u .
then give ur minds to him .u can talk anything with him about u .
u must let him think u a supper man
maybe he would give u a chance ,or u should choice to go away if he really dont like u

dont u have a workers union or something talk to them or try talking to ur boss. tel other work mates and get them to back u up.
