Open Internet Explorer. Go to the Yahoo page. In the menu at the top of Internet Explorer, click on Tools. Select Internet Options. You should see a button near the top that says "Use Current". Click that button and the text box above it will change to show the address of the Yahoo page. It is now your home page.

You right click on the internet explorer icon on your desktop, go to properties and you'll see tabs. Go to "General" and it gives you the option to enter a homepage/starting page for when you open up explorer.

BTW, I giggled at your "internet exploder"...too funny!
