You don't think men have hormones too? They may not be the one carrying the baby for 9 months either, but they are just as much a part of the pregnancy and have just as much responsibility when it comes to child birth and raising the child.

yes, the question should be, do men contribute well in work compared to women because of all their ego, competition and aggressiveness issues? women and men have different qualities to bring to the workplace, equally valid. also, men have hormonal changes aswell, and many miss just as much time overall as a woman does through pregnancy by hangovers and skiving to watch football.

Women and men both have monthly hormonal changes. Both have good attributes for a work environment, pregnancy of a woman also affects the father. And furthermore, a pregnancy should never be viewed as a negative...or else you wouldn't even be here.

What do hormonal or pregnancy issues have to do with it anyway. In today's society most families can't make it on one income. So the point is moot.
Also just for reference... during PMS womens testosterone levels are the ones that become elevated... so when men complain about our PMS it's usually when we are acting the most like them.

Do women contribute? Of course. Are their differences between men and women? An even stronger, Of course.
Even the hormonal effects in men and women are different. Men's hormones may encourage agression and sexuality. Women's, can encourage sadness, crying, opression, and even illness. Does this degrate a woman's value, No. Does this mean men and women are different, Yes.

Who cares if one mentions "men" in a woman's study? Men play a huge role in the world and life women live in. Men have just as much significance in women's studies as women do.
Men can be your: father, brother, husband, liberation, oppression, care givers, worry, joy, provider, violator, protector, defender, enemy, best friend.
Without men, their would be no women's studies.
