well movies could be much better ..... or maybe i guess i expected a three and a half hour extended version of the movie (2 hrs is just too less to even skim thru )
I did like the first two though coz they covered most of the book ...
But when it comes to books .... well ....

I love the books, but the movies -- with the exception of "Prisoner of Azkaban" -- are either too stilted and stodgy (that would be one and two,) or much too condensed and rushed (that would be four.) "The Prisoner of Azkaban" was the only one of the movies that had the same spirit as do the books, and it really did make one feel that magic was possible. The books are better.

i 'm a big fan of harry potter as books & as movies , because the story doesn't only deal with magic it also deals with the teenagers' feelings & their duties . also i think that there's a kind of message that magic isn't always very good.

I like both...many book readers disliked the 5th and some more the 6th...I liked both and am still a hardcore fan !!
