As long as you are both 18 or over, age DOES NOT MATTER. My husband is 5 years older than me.. my Mom is 4 years older than my dad. It doesn't matter.

depends how she is related to you, other wise it is called incest..age is only a number , as long as she is of age.. over 18, I think in some states 2nd cousins is the closest you can marry, so any thing closer than that isnt right,and can result in brain damage children.
