On the yahoo toolbar there is a box kind of a sign.,..... on the left of anti spy...which reads pop up blocker
right click on it and you would c a tick mark against
Enable Pop Up Blocker..
click on the tick mark it gets removed and
thus pop up blocker is off
but beware the pop up blocker prevents spyware.....u shud disable blockr only wen usng trustd sites........else u spoil ur pc

in fact the yahoo block pop up is not to remove. pop-up blocker means the pop-up is currently block in a certain filter level. so it is to allow or disallow pop-up but not removing pop-up blocker:
1st go to control panel, then click internet options, next click 'privacy at the top, after that click setting at the 'pop-up bloker' cartegory, type the adress website (eg:http://www.yahoo.com) in the space provided at the 'Exeptions' cartegory to allow pop-up or turn off pop-up blocker on yahoo!.

Go to yahoo toolbar , select the pop-up blocker and uncheck the tick mark on pooop-up block option ...

unistall your yahoo toolbar. click on the arrow next to the pencil and select uninstall or just click on the arrow next to teh pop up block and click on Enable pop up blocker.

look for it there, and remove it. Simple as that!
