I'm not sure why you have spaces between the number and the variables.
2 = 2x + 1x + 2x + 10
2 = 5x + 10
-8 = 5x
x = -8/5

. 1+1=2x+1x+2x+10
Taking RHS and LHS and solving them
. 2 = 2x+1x+2x+10
. 2 = 3x+2x+10
. 2 = 5x+10
. -8 = 5x
. x = -8/5
Hence the solution to the question is X = -8/5

Looks to me like you mean:
1 + 1 = (2x + 1)(x +2)(x + 10) ... which is a bit trickier:
Simplified you get:
2x^3 + 25x^2 + 52x + 18 = 0
Therefore the only real number solution for x is
x = -2.0799 ( to 4 d.p)
I couldn't solve in my head, and don't have a calculator with me so I had find the answer using a graph and then iteratively - so it's not precise.
Of course the guys above with the linear equations could well be correct...and so could the guy who thinks it's a trick, question!

This is so simple.
1+1 =2x+x+2x+10
2 =5x+10
5x+10=2
5x =2-10
=-8
x =-8/5
=-1.6
