Water is the First essential element of any living thing, it moisturizes the skin,makes it look younger, helps it to regenerate and besides it gives you Energy, if you drink 6 cups of water a day you will have more Energy and will look younger and loose a couple of kilos!

drinking water keeps your skin from getting dry and wrinkley. And it's just healthy all the way around. 8 glasses a day and youll be fine.

its simple..skin is d index of wat really goes in d body! wen we drink water..all d toxic stuff gets washed away n as such it helps us remain fit! n plus moisture n glow n delay in wrinkles..!

it hydrates your skin, makes it look more plumped(not fat) it also gives you a nice glow.
