Listen, dont advise just listen then when they have said what they need to say suggest a walk or some other activity, remember they cant just "think" themselves better, maybe they need to see a Dr you can only suggest not force....look at comedies, share good memories and be strong for them.

It relies upon on only how a lot she skill to you. She is clinically depressed, as you reported, and that is draining on others. you want to make sure why she isn't seeing any type of wellbeing care specialist that would help her. this isn't Your Burden so don't experience to blame for her difficulty. Even a regular MD can relieve her melancholy. if you're close to to her mom and father or if she's married, talk consisting of her closest loved one about making an appointment with a wellbeing care specialist which will take care of her for melancholy. you'll see a good distinction once she unearths the right wellbeing care specialist, besides the indisputable fact that that's tiring waiting for her, i understand. wish you do not provide up on her till now you consider doing that. @8-)

I do the following in a normal situation: -
1. Hear them out, without interruption.
2. Indulge in some activity that he/she enjoys the most.
3. Buy a token gift eg; flower, chocolate.
4. Call up the next day to say hi. How do u feel?

Spend time with them. Don't think "they'll be okay" and ignore them. Get out and do things or just plain hang out together.
