Area 51 (also known as Dreamland, Watertown Strip, Paradise Ranch, The Farm, The Box, Groom Lake, and The Directorate for Development Plans Area) is a remote tract of land in southern Nevada, owned by the federal government of the United States, containing an airfield apparently used for the secret development and testing of new military aircraft. It is famed as the subject of many UFO conspiracy theories.

That's a restricted area, I believe in the Nevada desert or somewhere near there, where it's a classified, top-secret government facility. It was believed aliens crashed a ship there in the 50's. Locals sell alien tee shirts and the like to tourists. The stealth fighter was said to have been made there. That's about all you need to know.

It's a former code name for the area at Groom Lake (a couple hours north of Las Vegas) in Nevada which is part of the Nellis Air Force Base's testing range. There is still military testing being done there, and there are armed guards patrolling the perimeter.

Well there is no "alleged" or "supposed" it really does exist and is viewable by a satilite, Google Earth allows for a decet zoom of the complex where planes can be seen parked outside of hangers.
