If doctors can call their proffession as simple "PRACTICE" ,then why not BUILDING.

I have been in brand new buildings that have needed work. So with that in mind, I suppose the reason could be, but is not limited to, that it is always needing work whether it has to be cleaned or lights have to be changed. Maybe someone wants a different color on the wall or ceiling. Possibly there are water leaks or a toilet is stopped up. I think you catch my drift.

Because even after being built it still leaves perpetual scope for modifications and renovations.
