yes,massage ur hands every time when yous wash them with almond oil or almond oil based cream and before sleeo too.always put gloves when u work in water based things.

sleep with cotton gloves on after covering your hands with Vaseline at night. Also, get regular manicures and ask them to "slough" the dead skin from your hands and then do paraffin wax treatments. Works great!

hand lotion. use it in the morning after you take a shower. and at night. right before you go to bed. twice a day. everyday, that is. it should work.
